Site Survey Requirements

Please read through the requirements prior to scheduling the site survey to measure for mirror

• You have sent us any relevant drawings
• Any fitted units, cornices & pelmets have been installed and in their final position
• All light fittings are in place
• Any boxing around pipes has been fitted
• Any fittings that will eventually be fixed over mirror/glass must have been pre-fitted in the final position and then removed with the hole/cut out positions clearly marked
• Electrical back boxes should already be fitted in final position
• The area has been cleared to enable our team to install without having to move any items.
• To gain access you will ensure that you yourself, or a fully informed authorised representative, will be on site at the time of installation to allow access into the property. Instructions on the day of the survey will supersede all previous instructions given (If an authorised representative is not on site)
• You confirm that there will be parking available on site, if a permit is required this will be organised by yourself and details provided prior to install. If no parking is available please advise us in advance otherwise this may affect the team’s punctuality.If the site isn’t ready on dates confirmed.
• Cancellations incur substantial costs to Hearts of Glass. Please work with us to ensure all the above is confirmed or an abort fee o £250 will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the measure or installation appointment.
